Blacksmithing to me represents a power. It is an ancient and versatile craft which allows infinite freedom of expression. It is so primal, using such basic tools and technology, that I find it profoundly empowering. After so many years exploring this art form, I feel I have only scratched the surface of possibility. Recently, I have found great enjoyment in passing these skills on to others and find their enthusiasm very rewarding.
